Developed by New Rock Technologies, NeeHau Business Phone Assistant is a PC-a
based software that increases the productivity of the users voice-communication
New Rock OM and WROC phone system provides highly efficient with easy-to-use call management features. Although NeeHau designed to address a wide range of
application, easy to install, eliminating the need for help-desk intervention.
NeeHau Business Phone Assistant is a business management system integrated phone
with many utilities extended. With just one click, users can easily access their contact lists
and outgoing calls, listen to call recordings, and check the call history and records.
NeeHau is a Windows-based software that works with OM20 / 50 provides features like click-to-dial, displays the Incoming Call Management, Call Recording, and contact list management.
Step1 On the Login OM20 interface, click the icon NeeHau to install the client on your computer.
Step2 Download the client installation package, and install it by following standard procedures.
Step 3 Once the installation is complete, click the icon on the desktop NeeHau.
Step4 Put OM20 / 50 IP address and PIN code extensions to login.
Step5 On page list Colleagues, you will see all the peers online and you can do to make a call.
Step6 On the Contacts list, you can make a call to one of your contacts.
Step7 If the incoming call and you want to make a call, a pop-up window will appear on the screen in your hand and you can transfer or end a call by clicking a button on the screen. You can also make notes on a textbox during a call.
Step8 On Call Log page, you can check all call history, and you can also listen to the call (or to check the record short notes during a call).
